Fair Cancellation
Most of our hotels offer free cancellation up to 48-72 hours before check-in.
Easy Refunds
Refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method.
1. Hotel Cancellations
Each hotel has its own cancellation policy which is clearly displayed at the time of booking. Common policies include:
- Free Cancellation: No fee if cancelled before the specified deadline.
- Partial Refund: A percentage of the booking cost is charged if cancelled after the deadline.
- Non-Refundable: No refund is possible regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
2. Flight Cancellations
Flight cancellation rules depend on the airline and the fare type purchased:
- Refundable tickets are eligible for a refund minus the airline's cancellation fee.
- Low-cost or basic economy tickets are usually non-refundable but may be eligible for travel credits.
- HalalTravel service fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
3. Refund Timelines
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of proven medical emergencies, natural disasters, or significant travel restrictions, we will advocate on your behalf with the supplier (hotel or airline) to waive standard cancellation fees, though we cannot guarantee a refund.
